Terms and Conditions
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations or changes must be made via text or email.
- All deposits are non-refundable. However, at the discretion of management, they may be credited towards a future appointment.
- No-shows without prior contact will result in the full grooming fee being invoiced to you.
- Matting fees apply automatically if not discussed and highlighted upon drop-off. Please inform us if your dog has matting when arriving for their appointment.
- Arriving late may result in a shortened or incomplete service, and the full fee will still be charged.
- Photographs of your dog may be used for our promotional materials unless you notify us via email beforehand.
- If your dog remains with us for over an hour past the agreed pick-up time without prior arrangement, a fee of $40 will be charged.
- We are not liable for any medical or vet costs, but we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care at the owner’s expense if required.
